The CoreTrustSeal would like to express its utmost gratitude to our parting Head of Secretariat, Rorie Edmunds.

From April 1st, 2021, onward the World Data System’s International Programme Office will be hosted by the Oak Ridge Institute at the University of Tennessee (see announcement). Unfortunately this means that Rorie Edmunds, our esteemed colleague and Head of the CoreTrustSeal Secretariat, will leave us at the end of this month.

We are immensely grateful for Rorie’s committment and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that our processes run smoothly and reliably. His contributions and efforts have been invaluable in our efforts to build a strong administrative backbone for the CoreTrustSeal since its foundation.

The CoreTrustSeal Board would like to thank Rorie for his hard work and dedication throughout the past years. We are very sad to see him go and wish him all the best in his future endeavors!
